The novel Coronavirus

The novel Coronavirus also known as the Wuhan Virus is affecting some cruises which call into Hong Kong only.  Guests who have visited China in the past 15 days and guests who have a Chinese or Hong Kong passport may not be able to board their cruise.   All other cruises are running and operating normally.

Some Cruise Lines are no longer calling in at Hong Kong or using this as a homeport for the time being.  All other cruises to other destinations are operating normally.

Cruises not calling into Hong Kong are operating normally.

Some Cruise Lines are not allowing guests to board if they have travelled from or through China, including Hong Kong, in the last 15 days.   Norwegian Crusie Liner’s boarding restriction is 30 days.

If you have travelled to China in the past 15-30 days, we suggest you contact your Cruise Line directly. Contact details are on your booking itinerary details.

If you have a Chinese or Hong Kong passport, some Cruise Lines are not allowing guests to board regardless of where they reside or have travelled from.  If you have a passport from other countries you will be able to join your cruise.

If you have a Chinese or Hong Kong passport, we suggest you contact your Cruise Line directly. Contact details are on your booking itinerary details.

For any cruises which depart in the next 7 days from or to any destination, outside of China, these cruises remain unaffected and are operating normally.  If your cruise is due to start or call into China or Hong Kong, then please contact your Cruise Line directly.
