  • Affected guests, who have paid in full will automatically receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit as follows: Fare paid (less government fees and taxes – if applicable) and a bonus 25% Future Cruise Credit. These Future Cruise Credits are valid for one year from issue date and applicable towards all voyages through 31 December 2022. Clients taking the automatic Future Cruise Credits will also receive full Seven Seas Society loyalty night credits for the suspended voyage.
  • Clients, who have paid in full and prefer a 100% refund must please complete the refund request by 12th August and the refund will be processed within 60 days. Requests that have not been submitted by 12 August 2020 will not be eligible for a refund.
  • For bookings that are not paid-in full clients will automatically receive a 100% refund for the amount paid within 60 days and no refund request needs to be submitted. However, they will still receive the price match opportunity on comparable voyages in 2021, if selected by 12 August 2020
