Re: CMV Extends Suspension of Cruises until 30th June 2020

Due to the continued global pandemic outbreak of the Covid-19 coronavirus, Government advisories still in force and the lockdown of many countries and ports around the world, Cruise & Maritime Voyages (CMV) have taken the decision to further extend the suspension of all our worldwide cruises from  25th May to  30th June 2020.

There were no reported cases of covid-19 coronavirus on any of CMV’s small to medium sized ships. The top and overriding priority has been the health and safety of passengers and crew and they have been safely repatriated onboard our vessels all returning to their home ports in the UK & Germany.

CMV continue at present to employ shipboard officers and crew members throughout this suspension period and they are looking forward to welcoming back on board all our passengers just as soon as this crisis is over.

All affected passengers are being offered an attractive future cruise credit of 125% of the amount paid for the cruising holiday valid until 31st March 2021 and redeemable against the best deal of the day including our great value Buy One Get One Free Offer applicable on all 2021 sailings. The Buy One Get One Free offer has been extended to 31st May 2020.  Terms & Conditions apply.

Flexi Cancellation Transfer Policy

CMV have also extended their flexi-cancellation transfer policy for sailings departing up to 31st August 2020. This allows existing booked passengers the chance to transfer, without charge, 7 days prior to sail date to any 2020-21 or 22 sailing and to receive a 125% Future Cruise Credit based on monies paid. This also applies to new bookings based on a 100% Future Cruise Credit on monies paid. The voucher is valid for any cruise departing up until 31st December 2022 and can be redeemed at any time until 31st March 2021.   . Terms & conditions apply.  An updated sales policy will follow on in due course.
