We’re aware of the reported outbreaks of Covid 19 (Coronavirus) in various destinations around the world. We continue to follow the relevant Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice for all destinations we operate to. Should the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice change to advise against travel to any of our destinations, we will contact customers to discuss their options.

Please be advised that local authorities may have introduced additional screening measures and travel restrictions at airports and cruise ports.

We continue to follow advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). Should any change in travel advice mean that we’re unable to operate your holiday as planned, we will contact you accordingly and you’ll have the option to amend or cancel your holiday.

H10 Costa Adeje Palace, Tenerife

We’re aware of the reported cases of Covid 19 (Coronavirus) at the H10 Costa Adeje Palace, Tenerife and can confirm that TUI UK&I has a small number of customers in the hotel. All guests have been asked to remain in the hotel and are being looked after by the hotel team. As TUI representatives in Tenerife are unable to enter the hotel we are providing regular support to customers through our digital channels and we ask customers to contact us directly should they need assistance. Any customers due to travel to the H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel up until the 9 March will be proactively contacted to discuss their options. All other holidays to Tenerife will operate as planned.

FOR CUSTOMERS DUE TO TRAVEL TO THE H10 COSTA ADEJE PALACE HOTEL BEFORE 10 MARCH – If you are due to travel to the H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel in the next 14 days, a member of our team will be proactively contacting you and your agent to discuss your booking.

FOR CUSTOMERS DUE TO TRAVEL FROM 11 MARCH ONWARDS – If you are due to travel to the H10 Costa Adeje Palace Hotel on or after 11 March, at this time normal terms and conditions around cancellations and amendments apply. However, should the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice change, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Marella Cruises

Please be aware that anyone who has visited the following countries in the last 30 days will be denied boarding on any Marella cruise ship: China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Iran, South Korea and Italy.

All customers due to travel on a Marella Cruise will be contacted prior to travel as they will need to complete a screening questionnaire upon vessel check-in.

To help us ensure the health and safety of our guests and crew, Marella Cruises will deny boarding at vessel check-in to

anyone who is unable to complete the following screening:

  • Have you or any of your fellow travellers travelled from, visited or transited via airports in any of the following locations within 30 days of embarkation or did you have close contact with persons to whom this does apply? China (including Hong Kong and Macau), South Korea, Iran, Italy within 30 days before embarkation?
  • Did you or any of your fellow travellers have close contact to persons who have been placed on a Leave of Absence or issued a Quarantine Order?
  • Have you or any of your fellow travellers experienced any flu like symptoms (chills, cough, runny nose, or shortness of breath) in the past 48 hours?
  • Have you or any of your fellow travellers experienced diarrhoea or vomiting in the past 48 hours?
  • Have you or any of your fellow travellers experienced any fever above 38.5 degrees Celsius in the past 48 hours?

Crystal Ski

We are aware of reports of Coronavirus in destinations around the world, including some regions in Austria, Switzerland and Italy.

We can confirm that none of our resorts are in any of the towns which are currently isolated and our holidays are operating as normal.

Our usual terms and conditions for amendments and cancellations apply. However, should the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) travel advice change to advise against travel to the country you are visiting or due to visit within the next two months, we will contact you to discuss your options, including an amendment or full refund.
